They are all very nice, but Jake Trujillo was particularly pretty awesome. I was originally quoted $165 to change my passenger headlight bulb, but it only ended up being $135. I haven't checked on my car in a minute and she's old, so I knew there would be other things that needed work; I appreciated the specificity in what the problems were, how they would be solved, and the cost breakdown for it all. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten my car serviced, but this is the first time there was a video of the damage they reported, so I got to see first-hand what they were talking about. Even though I needed other repairs, I couldn't afford to fix anything else, and while every other shop has given me guilt trips and judgy warnings, all I got was understanding here. Communication was top-tier, I always knew the next steps and he made sure to explain everything, and the service was overall incredibly seamless. I would recommend getting your car serviced here! More
