Thank you for sharing. We did research your concern and it shows your part was ordered April 2018 well before COVID. We unfortunately can not return a part 3 1/2 years later. We would love to confirm these details with you. Can you please contact our customer service department when you have a moment to speak.

I understand that you can't return a part 3.5 years later. I hope you understand that when I ordered the part I showed your service department the broken part in my Miata and asked them to order. They asked me to prepay for the part, then ordered the wrong part. Instead of allowing me to return the original part, still in the original packaging, can you consider providing me with the part that your service department should have ordered in the first place? I asked the service department if they could provide the correct part, they said yes for a prepayment of $200. I already went down that road with your service department once, not interested in being burned twice.
