I visited this dealership and had a good experience with the sales consultant and the business manager. However, when I questioned the sales manager on the reason my negative equity was never mentioned unt the sales consultant and the business manager. However, when I questioned the sales manager on the reason my negative equity was never mentioned until I was in financing, he got very belligerent. He was condescending and unprofessional. Further, when I said that if the whole financial situation had been fairly explained, I would not have made the deal. Subsequently, I told him that I was not completing the deal and to switch my plates back to my own car. He then got extremely aggressive and threatening, getting in my face and saying numerous vulgarities and challenging me to take a swing. I admit I got very upset, but waled away outside to my car. He then followed me and continued to mock me, curse and challenge me. I am convinced he wanted me to take a swing. I will do everything I can to ensure that nobody I know ever visits this dealership again. More

Even when I stood in front of her, phones ringing, customers waiting for assistance, and service men asking questions, she was calm, precise, organized, gave answers, triaged issues and I told her then and there how impressed I was with how she handled everything and everyone.
