I will start off by saying McGrath Lexus and my sales person Mel Owens are top notch. Being a woman shopping for a vehicle I have encountered every possible attitude imagineable. Attitudes ranging from not wanting to assist me because my husband wasn't with me to down right rudeness. However, none of this was the case while at Mcgrath lexus and with my sales person Mel Owens. From the moment I was greeted by Mel he made me feel welcomed and seemed genuinely happy I was there at the dealership. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable(this man knows his stuff), patient and most accomodating in addressing my needs. Throughout the negotiating process he made it easy, painless and was very respectful of my time. Although I truly came just to shop for a vehicle, I ended up purchasing a RX400h which is my dream vehicle, and I am extremely happy now! The staff was friendly and most accomodating and the perks i.e. free car washes for life, free starbucks coffee and tea, free pick up and delivery for service, shoe shines, and the clincher for me free massages on mondays helped me understand the value I was getting in purchasing from McGrath Lexus.
