Wonderful experience purchasing a new GLC 300 Mercedes Joe and C.J. made purchasing a new vehicle enjoyable. My husband and I usually purchase cars together and this was my first time by myself. This took months, then I took it in and they were the wrong parts. Now it has been over a year and no word. The service department from prior routine service is horrible. I think the work they do is acceptable but the appointment making, picking up the vehicle, constant texts about how happy they are to serve is mind boggling.. Not a good experience. More

I live 170 miles away they won’t even give me any type of compensation for the miles I’ve had to travel and load the car onto a trailer to bring back to their service department because their misdiagnosis . Patience paid off Brought my '15 Renegade Villagio (Sprinter 3500 Chassis 3.0l Turbo Diesel) in for the dreaded DEF light countdown. Had a 7:30 appointment, I'm an old Brought my '15 Renegade Villagio (Sprinter 3500 Chassis 3.0l Turbo Diesel) in for the dreaded DEF light countdown. Had a 7:30 appointment, I'm an old hippie...luke warm reception. Sprinter tech was a no show for several hours, communication could have been better. Caught a shuttle ride to wait out the process. Was notified they'd need it overnight and some add'l road miles would be necessary. Contents of the 25'er were strewn about, appeared to have been cowboy'd a bit. Maybe I'm overprotective our $130K+ 2nd home. Regardless, I got the call around 2 the next day that she was all fixed. They did a great job to diagnose and replace older gen. failed NOX sensors. Received a better reception when picking it up (wife in tow may have precipitated that) ;) All covered under warranty, cost me 1/2 a tank of fuel for the "testing". All in all..that's pretty cool. Taking a star away as I thought communication could have been more timely, and the road miles should have been driven with a little more care. I'll go back if and when I need service/maintenance and be glad to work with Leland. Hope this review proves helpful to someone on the fence. More

My wife and I are on a trip from our home in Washing Just a note to let you know how great it was to deal with your MB Service Writer, Leland Haun. My wife and I are on a trip from our home in Washington State through Nebraska to visit our daughter and then on to Arizona to meet friends. Shortly after leaving central Nebraska, in the middle of nowhere, we encountered a dramatic loss of power with our 2014 Spinter/Roadtrec motor home. We contacted Mercedes Road Service and were given several options for repair locations, including Denver and Santa Fe. We had the weekend to make the trip with everything closed at that time so chose to slog on to your site in Albuquerque. It was the right choice to make. We were parked in front of your service doors at 7:30 Monday morning when Leland came out to meet us. I explained our dilemma. Leland is the most caring Service Writer I have ever encountered, surpassing the dealership that we have used for all of our Mercedes products over the years. I had obsessed on the issue all weekend and expected to spend several days waiting on parts with nowhere to stay. Leland assured us that all would be worked out and took the extra time to make sure we were comfortable in your waiting area. He was correct and unbelievably we were on the road by 9:15. We cannot say enough about his above and beyond attitude representing your Mercedes Benz dealership. Attitude can make or break a dealership and My opinion is that you should clone his. More

Upon visiting Mercedes Benz of ABQ I was treated to the customer service to which I was accustomed. In short I decided to purchase a new Mercedes. Billy Hines was an excellent sales rep. He and Stu (sales mgr.) were most accommodating regarding test drives, trade-in value, etc. There were no excessive sales phones calls or pressure. They were willing to work with me regardless of a decision to purchase or maintain my current Mercedes. In essence we developed a business relationship focused upon the long term and not simply the sale of another automobile. More
