Overpriced, underdelivered. Showed up the morning after the car was "done". It was at another facility and still hadn't been test driven. So disappointed by the poor service I received on the 2 occasions I took my car in for recalls. There was little communication and major wait times. I thought five hours would be enough, however was told that it would be 2 hours, and would be expedited. I returned the following day and there was no paperwork, still waiting for it.
