My Review Of Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim Hills:
I recently purchased a 2014 E250 Bluetec sedan from your dealership last Saturday, November 2. (It was my second purchase from you - my first was a 2013 E350 Coupe in August of 2012.) It is with extreme pleasure that I write this email because I am happy to give credit when it is due. Being a (small) business owner myself, I realize the challenges that come along with any business, especially providing excellent customer service.
Throughout the process, we dealt with Patrick Smith, Patrick Healey, Salis Borges, and the nice young man in financing, whose name escapes me at the moment. My 4 and a half year old son accompanied me and my husband on test drives throughout the final delivery. I'm sure you know that a child of that age has little to no patience for something as boring as a car purchase....I wanted someone to know - (in a world where customer service is typically all but dead) here's what I believe you all are doing right:
•We were greeted every time we walked in the door. (Sad that is rare nowadays...)
•Salis remembered us from our previous purchase over a year earlier.
•Patrick Smith called or texted me about the cars I was interested in - without "stalking" me.
•Patrick Healey took over for Patrick Smith and it was a smooth and professional transition.
•Patrick Healey was patient with us as we drove multiple models and decided on the right one for us.
•We were offered refreshments without it being overbearing.
•You have an area for my son to play and be entertained while we were there. He loved it.
•The financing gentlemen was friendly, informative, professional, and took care of us quickly at our request.
•Salis and the staff were all very friendly and totally professional. We felt very comfortable and at ease during the purchasing process. Of all the cars I have purchased in my life, these last two from your dealership were the only ones that were totally pain-free.
Keep up the good work and the great crew you have there. I'm happy to refer anyone I know to your dealership as I feel totally confident that they will be taken care of and receive the excellent service that we did. Thank you again.
