This is the second new car that I have purchased from Mercedes Benz of Athens. This time, I had the opportunity to work with Herman and his level of service blew me away! He took time to listen to what I was looking for, made great recommendations as we walked through all the details, and then helped me build my dream car. The car had to be built in Germany and throughout the building process, he kept me fully updated. He did the same when the car was shipped. When my car arrived, he made the experience incredibly meaningful. He also took the time to show me how everything worked. His level of service is simply outstanding. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership for your next car and asking for Herman, because you definitely want him to be the one to help you. More
