My Experience at a luxury dealership! My boyfriend and I had been contemplating on a new car for months, and we even visited other dealerships, tested some cars, crunched numbers and made My boyfriend and I had been contemplating on a new car for months, and we even visited other dealerships, tested some cars, crunched numbers and made a decision on what kind of car I wanted(2016 MB CLA). However I just didn't feel like it was the right moment to move forward with the purchase at these particular locations. We decided to check out another dealership and that's when I met Robert Crow at the Burlington, Ma location! He was personable, professional, patient, friendly, and listened to exactly what I wanted within my car(down to the interior color of the car). It was important to me that everything was perfect because it was going to be my FIRST luxury car purchase! He answered all my questions throughout the negotiating/purchasing process, and even AFTER I have taken the car home! Robert has exceeded my expectations! The no haggle price was perfect as it was quite reasonable and I have no interest in sitting in an office and haggling. Side note here is that I worked with Robert "Bobby" Crow. From the start Bobby took excellent care of me, never applied pressure, yet made sure I knew all of my options and got me the benz I wanted plus a little extra. We actually had some great laughs in the process. I take the car in once a week to get it washed at the dealership, have coffee and get my nails done. Yes you read that correctly, they have a nail salon in this place, it is free, yes, free. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. More

Within 10 minutes of arriving my girls were getting their nails done in the salon (complimentary), while we were looking around. Our sales consultant, Andrew Crede was amazing. He made sure that we had the exact style that we wanted, so he ordered a custom built model. It arrived ahead of schedule and within our expectations. I had also been planning to replace my car with an Audi sedan. However, I was so impressed with the dealership and the experience that I ended up buying a E350 for myself. Andrew personally made sure that everything about both our new vehicle and our experience was top notch. We were were treated so well that my 2 kids thought that we had known our salesman and the rest of the staff for years. They are such a comfortable and inviting group of people. All paper worked done less than 15 minutes. We did not want to leave the dealership, so we had coffee with him. We also met the owner of MBOB. He is a great person. I would not buy my MB from another dealer as long as they are stay the same. We also used them to service our 2014 E350 with them and my wife just loved the service she got!!!
