My Sprinter ran out of DPF Fluid, the Dash Light came on, I filled the DPF Tank and the light wouldn't go out, then it did a count down, 9 Starts left, then 8,7,6... Called to make an appointment, the schedu I filled the DPF Tank and the light wouldn't go out, then it did a count down, 9 Starts left, then 8,7,6... Called to make an appointment, the scheduler said 2 weeks, then I told him about the number of starts left and they told me to bring it the next day and they would get to it in 1 or 2 days, it worked out perfect. The Service Mgr Steve (Sprinter Service) said some of it could be warranty work and some not. When I picked up my Sprinter, they had been able to fix multiple problems and had found that the other problems they had found were under a Mercedes-Benz Extended Warranty and was able to do All the repairs for no out of pocket expense, all on Warranty and Extended Warranty, they do their research, Most truthful, straight forward dealership service dept. I have ever done business with. More
