All the service staff people were friendly and easy to interact with. The maintenance repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. My only concern was that the emissions recall job could not be interact with. The maintenance repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. My only concern was that the emissions recall job could not be completed because they said they needed a back ordered part that would cost me over $200. The recall letter from Mercedes said that the recall repair would be performed at no cost to me. More
