I took my E350 to the dealership today to get washed (such a nice service that's provided). When I arrived, Jason greeted me and took my car away. I sat in the comfortable waiting area and caught up on (such a nice service that's provided). When I arrived, Jason greeted me and took my car away. I sat in the comfortable waiting area and caught up on some news. Shortly after, I walked out to see the status of my car, and there was Jason spraying my wheels, wiping the entire car down, and surveying the car for any missed areas. Keep in mind, today's temperature was around 100 degrees, but Jason attended to my beautiful car, despite the sweltering weather. Even the inside of my car was cleaned!I'm so lucky to have this dealership close by. More

I have had to bring the vehicle for service for a nonfunctioning door jam, a check engine light for the seat, headlights that stopped working a month after purchase, trunk lid that did not opened. The brakes were squeaking since I purchased the vehicle and after reporting it to the service department; I was told that this occurs because of condensation and rust and that I needed to drive the vehicle for a long period of time so that the sound would go away. The sound never went away and I had to take the brakes to another repair shop which indicated and showed me that the brakes were warped and I was driving with my wife and 2 children unsafely with brake pad that were completely eroded. Upon return to the service shop, I was told that the vehicle passed inspection when it was returned by the original owner and the brake passed inspection with the minimal thickness required and refunded half the $800 I paid to replace the brakes at the other mechanic as a good will. The latest problem consists of the AC not working during end of May and June. The customer assistance at Mercedes Benz USA stated because the vehicle is out of warranty, she is unable to help or give any suggestion. As a last measure, I brought the car to a private mechanic with 41 years of experience with Mercedes and he told that the vehicle did not receive it's 60,000 mile check up properly due to the several codes noted during the diagnosis. Also the secondary battery died and was never replaced which should have been noted and shorted out my AC blower and causing malfunction in other module sensors. He stated that if this vehicle continued as is, the PCU would burn out costing $3000 to repair. I had previously called the Fort Washington Mercedes dealership service shop where I purchased the vehicle and stated that the AC and heat was not working properly and malfunctioning prior to its cessation of function but was told that it was not an issue to worry about and the vehicle just needed to warm up for 20 minutes. I bought this vehicle because of the presumptive elite quality and durability of its engineering and design however; this latest incidence among many others has left me with a bad taste and I am less likely or will probably never purchase another Mercedes Benz. I had a Lexus that lasted 15 years in my family and I never had an issue with the AC or any electronic parts and only had to deal with general maintenance issues. I wish not to accuse any one person but I do feel like I was swindled by a dishonest local dealer and should have never purchased the vehicle. In essence, I do believe that there is decency in pride in the Mercedes brand and the Fort Washington dealership and would like to have my vehicle thoroughly inspected and AC fixed by the shop. As a valued customer, I should not have to deal with this many issues after purchasing a vehicle that has been in my possession for less than 6 months Sincerely More

They always go the extra distance to ensure that my experience for service on a vehicle is exceptional. From the ease of scheduling at an appointment at a time that works within my schedule to the provision of a service loaner, to a full explanation of what service my vehicle requires, and prompt resolution of any issue, maintaining my vehicle is always convenient and without surprises. Special recognition goes to Mr. Anthony Colantonio. His presence in the service department over the years has been the foundation of my continuing confidence in this facility. His integrity and focus on customer satisfaction is refreshingly consistent, especially in consideration of my experience with other Mercedes service facilities in this region. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington as a premier MB service facility. More
We have been going to this dealership for over ten years We have been going to this dealership for over ten years and have been very impressed with their level of service and their unmoistakable dedication We have been going to this dealership for over ten years and have been very impressed with their level of service and their unmoistakable dedication to keep their customers happy and loyal . Recently , we had a rusting problem involving the doors of our 2002 Mercedes 320. This problem was occasioned by a glitch , if you will , in the manaufactuering process of certain models , including ours . The dealership paid for 75 % of the extensive repair work necessary and Mercedes corporate covered the remaing 25%. Given that our car is ten years old , it could argued successfully that they had no obligation to assume responsibility for this problem. The car looks terrific and when we picked it up following the repair work the car waseven detailed for us .We are very gratefulfor and appreciative of this positve outcome and will buy our next Mercedes only from this dealership. I purchased a used 2008 E350 from MB of Fort Washington. I was very happy with the vehicle and the sales experience. After 5 months I took it back to the dealership for it's first oil change. I picked the c I was very happy with the vehicle and the sales experience. After 5 months I took it back to the dealership for it's first oil change. I picked the car up approximately 12 hours later. When I arrived home I heard a loud banging noise coming from the engine. I shut the car off and called the dealership. It was after hours so their receptionist gave me the service reps voicemail. I left a message and asked him to call me asap in the morning. By 8:30 the next day I still did not hear from him so I called him again. It was quickly determined that the mechanic failed to put oil in the car. In fact, the mechanic failed to perform just about every step of the expected service because we found the windshield washer resevior empty also. Poor, lazy work! Ryan Kincade, the service manager, promised to "make it right", but his idea of that concept was to fill it with oil and give it back. It took 5 weeks of arguing, demanding and threatening with legal action before they relented. The total cost of my original car was returned in exchange for a new 2011 E350 at a discounted price. Needless to say, I will not return to this dealership for service visits. More
I initially had some major issues with this dealership and spent a great deal of time trying to rectify the situation. After I thought all was over, and I was angry, Mr. Sloane called. UPDATE: The de and spent a great deal of time trying to rectify the situation. After I thought all was over, and I was angry, Mr. Sloane called. UPDATE: The dealership reached out to me after reading this review. I believe finally someone is trying to make this right. Update 2: I am very happy to say that I was wrong about Mr. Sloan taking over this dealership. After becoming aware of my dissatisfaction he stepped in, listened intently, and helped me to reach a very amicable solution. This has renewed my faith in the Sloane name and Ft Washington Mercedes. I will continue to use them as my dealer as they have proven their commitment to customer service as most importantly customer satisfaction. More
We have purchased 2 vehicles (new) from R & S Imports over the last 12 years, all my experiences have been very good. Both sales professionals went out of their way and took the time to help my wife with over the last 12 years, all my experiences have been very good. Both sales professionals went out of their way and took the time to help my wife with her selection. Tony has gone out of his way to accommodate our schedules for service, from lining up a loaner, to explaining all services or repairs needed. Our first Mercedes was traded in with over 175k miles, and our current one is at 105k+ an still runs like new, I credit that to the maintenance and service R & S has provided over the years. More
