Hi Mr. Bixler, I am writing this email because I want to recognize Lily Krier for the amazing job she is doing. From the first day we met Lily (when we bought our GLC 300 4MATIC 2024,) making sure we knew how to connect the Mercedes me connect app with our cars and the functionality of the app. Today she informed me how to open and close the windows and sunroof with the key fob since I could not figure it out. Anytime I need assistance or information she response promptly and with a solution. She is very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Lily shows concern and care about my issues. Her customer skills are awesome and make me feel like part of the Mercedes Benz of Georgetown family.
