The Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Natick is very friendly and very efficient. Their personnel does everything they can to make sure the customer is understood and provided with appropriate service. friendly and very efficient. Have only used this dealership for service. I really had to advocate for myself to get the service performed correctly… after 3+ months and multiple trips only half of the issues were successfu I really had to advocate for myself to get the service performed correctly… after 3+ months and multiple trips only half of the issues were successfully addressed. This is my first MB vehicle so not sure what to make of this. Everyone was very pleasant but I wish the service experience wasn’t so challenging. I spent a lot of time investigating the issues myself. I would recommend internalizing any insights the customer offers; we’re not all total idiots. That would’ve saved me (and you) a lot of time! Having said that, Jonny was very helpful, stepping in at the 11th hour to help confirm an issue persisted. He drove to my house to verify one of the issues with my car had in fact not been fixed and even went back to the dealership to get another car with the same equipment to confirm. Thanks Jonny for making the extra effort outside your department! Very appreciated. Now that issue has been fixed and I’m very thankful. More
