My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Oakland:
They are very un-friendly. They would hide everything from you and lie to you. Its a family run business with no ethics.
I went to pick up the car in train and somehow deal did not go thru'. Then they refused to drop me at the train station back. i haven't had such a bad customer service experience in my life.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Oakland:
I'd been treated very poorly by a few local Mercedes Benz dealerships when shopping for an SLK55.

These guys came straight out of the gate with the best deal, $1000 off MSRP.

I of course shopped this with other dealers and another one offered $1000 off MSRP and was able to get me the vehicle a bit quicker.

Called MB of Oakland back and they said flat out 'What can we do to earn your business' and they gave me $1700 off MSRP total and I placed the order with them.

The car is being built to my specs and won't be here for a few weeks, but so far the experience with them has been excellent.

Very nice on the phone.

Best price in California.

Other dealers lied and said they'd 'beat any price', these guys didn't lie and they DID beat the best price I could find.

I asked for quotes via email, they sent a quote via email, where many other dealers ignored my request and called me at work.

They responded promptly to my request for a quote.

Adam was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle.
