He was very pleasant, and kept me aware of what was being done to my car, and how long it would take, as well as expected cost! The only disappointment I had was that my key fob could not be repaired, and that a new one was around $800! It’s my fault it was ran over and no longer working, but still disappointed in not having an extra key fob! More
