I have always received great service from this dealership! Everyone that I have ever dealt with have been courteous and pleasant to work with! I will continue to do business with them! Their lobby is always clean and inviting, as is the service drive through! My service manager that I had today was Jacobi! He was very pleasant, and kept me aware of what was being done to my car, and how long it would take, as well as expected cost! The only disappointment I had was that my key fob could not be repaired, and that a new one was around $800! It’s my fault it was ran over and no longer working, but still disappointed in not having an extra key fob! More

Mercedes-Benz of Plano is my go to dealership for all of my vehicles whether it’s a purchase, lease or service. Darren is my go to Sales Advisor and Jacobi is now my go to Service Advisor. Both of them ha my vehicles whether it’s a purchase, lease or service. Darren is my go to Sales Advisor and Jacobi is now my go to Service Advisor. Both of them have very warm, attentive and pleasant personalities. Darren I have worked with since 2019 and Jacobi just today since my original Service Advisor is no longer around. Jacobi did not miss a beat and I will be sure to schedule with him for all of my vehicles service needs going forward. The dealership is always immaculate and they way they have the cars staged is like a museum. For the most part everyone I encounter is pleasant and I highly recommend this place for all of your Mercedes needs. More

This dealership was outstanding! ! Had my GL450 at a shop in Rowlett for over two weeks and I got frustrated and had it towed to Mercedes of Plano on a tues and had it ready on thurs !
