My new car experience was exceptional with Mercedes-Benz of Princeton! Our salesman, Arno Orsini, was professional, caring of our time, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly! This was the best overall vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. From the time I ordered the vehicle to the delivery Ed Moravek and team exceeded what I expected from the Mercedes brand. Ed conveyed to me his commitment to getting the vehicle I wanted, and all his actions supported his commitment. He was fluent in every aspect / option of a Mercedes. He built confidence and trust in me for the dealership and the brand. Ed proactively kept in touch with me and updated me about the progress of my vehicle. Ed is a Tier 1 professional - by FAR the best sales person I’ve ever done business with. Big shout out to Puneet and Richard (patience and excellent communicator to demystify all the features) who helped deliver the vehicle. The delivery experience was excellently memorable and smooth. There were zero bumps or surprises that would leave a negative vibe when I think back about all that went in to acquiring the vehicle. Came to the dealership due to an issue with Mercedes app that was set up at another dealership. Richards was very friendly, found out a problem, wrong email was attached, helped to fix it. Regarding Princeton Mercedes-Benz - I have been a Mercedes girlie since I got my license. I have worked with quite a few MB dealers. Princeton is BY FAR THE BEST in terms of Customer Service and HONESTY!!! I drive over an hour to work with this crew vs one 20 mins from my home. Shout out to Arno, the best of the best!!!!
