Took care of an unexpected situation, perfectly! In addition to scheduled service items, mechanics found that the gasoline tank needed replacement, under warranty, and front end parts (ball joints) a In addition to scheduled service items, mechanics found that the gasoline tank needed replacement, under warranty, and front end parts (ball joints) also needed replacement. This much work could not be completed that day, so they offered to drive me home, all the way to Yuba City! This was done and the next afternoon my fully serviced and repaired car was brought to my residence in Yuba City. I would say that this is PREMIUM SERVICE!! More
This dealership cannot be trusted. Their sales person, Mr. Jose Armenta, told us when we signed the contract on Sunday April 23 that the car was on the truck on the way to Sacramento, Their sales person, Mr. Jose Armenta, told us when we signed the contract on Sunday April 23 that the car was on the truck on the way to Sacramento, and will arrive in a couple of days. However, we just found out that he just lied to us. When we called him on Tuesday and left a message for him to call back, he did not respond to my message. I found out from Mr. Brett Kellner, another sales person that he was not sure when the car would arrive. We were so upset that we told him that we wanted to cancel the contract. So he asked the sales manager to call me. The sales manager told me that the car would arrive on May 4. I told him we didn't want to wait and wanted to cancel the deal. He tried to talk us out of it and offered to compensate us by given us a loaner vehicle without charge and will give us $50 for each day we wait for the car. We grudgingly agree to his offer. We finally got the car on May 5, but did not get the $600 check for waiting for 12 days that the sales manager promised to pay us. Mr. Kellner told us that we will get the check later. It is now May 22, and we still waiting for the check. More
