Robby was very helpful with matching and exceeding all on-line offers from other dealers in a 200 I had a great experience purchasing a new 2017 GLC. Robby was very helpful with matching and exceeding all on-line offers from other dealers in a 200 mile radius. When it came time to turn in my end of lease vehicle, Robby made sure I wasn't charged any fees or excessive wear fees and even saved me the last month lease payment. I ordered my new Mercedes from the factory since there weren't any available with the exact equipment I wanted. Robby was able to modify an existing order getting me the vehicle I wanted a full month before my lease was up. I am totally satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. More

Don't buy online. Bought a CPO 2013 ml350 bluetec. Worst service ever from the get go. Had to have the car delivered to us because as we are stepping on the plane to f Bought a CPO 2013 ml350 bluetec. Worst service ever from the get go. Had to have the car delivered to us because as we are stepping on the plane to fly in to pick it up we were sent a text telling us it wasn't going to be ready! Showed up and the running board light out ($850),brakes shot($850), scratched wheel. And that's only the half of it. Delivery guy showed me scratches were there before he took it. We had to call Mercedes head office to get the CPO warranty and service contract that was part of it activated. I can go on........ The best or whatever! More

Have brought car for other problems also under warranty. Reliability questionable as car just suddenly stopped in traffic after being serviced for similar problem. Both problems brought for service are safety issues and we do not feel safe in the dependability of our car. Sorry I bought this car!! More
