Do not trust a signed buyer's order at this dealership Signed a buyer's order on a 2015 Porsche 911. Was in active email communication with the sales team finalizing inspection and deposit terms. Within two hours of signing, the dealership sold the car to another buyer who offered about $1,300 more. No phone call, no text, no opportunity to close. Sales Manager Dante Lelii admitted on the phone that the car was sold because another buyer offered a higher price. AutoNation's formal response to my BBB complaint later contradicted this, claiming "the determining factor was not competing offers." Their own manager's words say otherwise. I spent days on due diligence — CARFAX review, coordination with Porsche specialists, inspection prep, funds and transportation arrangement — all wasted. A single phone call would have resolved everything. AutoNation's position is that a signed buyer's order does not secure a vehicle. If that's the case, the printed price guarantee on their own form is misleading. Buyers should be aware that signing means nothing here. More

Overall very satisfied with the service department. Had a few serious issues that needed fixing and the process was smooth from beginning to end. My only issue and it seems petty, but if I spend almost $10,000 on services, the cleaning of the vehicle before giving back should probably get more attention when the service is done. Kind of looked like it was rushed and missed grime on the rims and around the car. Appreciate the effort, but if you're going to wash and clean the vehicle before return it should be done well. More
