Upon arrival My wife and I went to the Mercedes dealer in Valencia to look at a late model CL550 and S550 that had been advertised on their website. Upon arrival, we noticed that they were having a "Grand Opening" of evidently their remodeled business. When we came through the front door, the gal who must have been the receptionist, was evidently too busy on her iPhone to look up and see what we might possibly be there for. After looking at several cars on the showroom floor and not having one salesman or manager approach us and ask us if they could help us, my wife finally walked up to the receptionist and asked her where we could find the late model vehicles that we were there to see. We went out to the front of the showroom and found the cars we were looking for. We had probably been at the dealership for over 30 minutes now and still not one person approached us to lend any help. My wife suggested that I go inside and find someone to show us the CL550, but I refused for the sole reason that I had spent a good deal of my lifetime in the car business and felt that this dealership had a real problem with customer service. When I was a Sales Manager and later a General Manager, I never would have tolerated such behavior from my sales and managerial staff. These people were evidently profiling us and thought they would not waste their time on someone who was not there by appointment and had simply walked on to their car lot. If they had been paying closer attention, they would have realized that we had pulled up and parked our late model S-Class Mercedes very close by and whoever was "up" at the time would have been all over us to sell us another Mercedes. Nice at first but messed up paperwork, horrible customer service, no follow up or accountability, you name it. After a lifetime of loyalty to the Mercedes brand I am officially done and never buying another Mercedes ever. This dealership just stinks; low class and not good at what they do. If you deal with corporate, plan on more of the same. Placation, zero accountability. They don't care about you. Go to Jaguar or BMW. I am from here on out. #Mercedesisdtm #byebyebenz More

After waiting for approximately five minutes I noticed my sales guy talking to someone else. Another sales guy came up to me and inquired if I needed help. I stated I was being help but not anymore. The sales person retrieved the key and we went for a test drive. We started the negotiation process in the trailer when I was informed the CLS I was trying to lease was sold to another customer. Someone came took the key off the sale person's desk and sold the car. I confronted the General Manager and was shocked by his response. He stated it was acceptable to sell a vehicle that a customer is trying to purchase right from under them. This dealership believes that by constructing a new building it will change its poor service practice. I went to KEYS Mercedes and leased a new CLS for a lot lower price than the crooks at Valencia Mercedes was offering. I recommend people to drive the distance and receive the service Mercedes-Benz is known for. More
This dealer has treated me and my family WONDERFULLY over the years. I've spent quite a bit of money over the years servicing my SLK350, and they have always been extremely professional and accommodating. Mo the years. Most recently my SLK needed a new fuel pump, and Aram & John did a wonderful job handling the repair - I greatly appreciate their tenacity and extreme attention to detail. Coincidentally the car developed a starting issue after the repair, and Aram didn't hesitate to invite me back to the dealer to try and make it right - he even provided me an E350 loaner for the weekend. The starting issue was sorted, and Aram assured me that their priority was to make the car right & that I was always welcomed back should any issues persist. I am happy to report that the car has been perfect ever since. I would highly recommend this team, as they are respectful, tenacious, and professional. More
The automobile industry has a bad reputation for dishonesty and Mercedes-Benz of Valencia is most certainly a contributor to this reputation. Purchased a pre-owned BMW from the dealership and was ex dishonesty and Mercedes-Benz of Valencia is most certainly a contributor to this reputation. Purchased a pre-owned BMW from the dealership and was experiencing electrical issues less than a week after the purchase. Brought the vehicle back and was told there were no issues found. Took the vehicle back home and in less than a week the problem reoccurred. Had Auto Club jump the vehicle. The technician from Auto Club stated he had seen this a few times in the past where the alternator was the culprit. Told Mercedes-Benz what the Auto Club technician had mentioned and they just blew it off as though he would not know the workings of a BMW. After two days in the shop, they stated the battery had been replaced. After another week of having the car, guess what happened - the same issue. In for a third time in less than a month. This time they replaced the alternator. Another week goes by and the car won't start. I walked into the dealership and spoke with the service manager - Rick. He told me that each time the BMW is brought into them, they have to send it across the street to the BMW dealership to have it serviced. (like I'm creating an inconvenience for them and costing them money - all true, but is that my fault and what about my inconvenience!) Then Rick states that being a Saturday, he could not call BMW to schedule the appointment since they only run a half crew on Saturdays. It would need to wait until Monday to get an appointment. So after our conversation and leaving the vehicle with them, I went across the street and spoke directly with BMW. They were very kind and very accommodating. They set the appointment for my vehicle right then and there. I went back over to the Mercedes-Benz dealership and told them to drive the X5 over right now as the appointment is already set. AVOID THIS MERCEDES-BENZ DEALERSHIP unless you like liars and the run-around!!! More
Let me start off by saying that my car buying experience at this dealership was FANTASTIC! I did not come to the dealership that day to purchase anything, only to test drive a few different models. Milton Garcia greeted me with a great big smile (remembering me from the day before…impressive) and allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. Milton took me on a test drive and explained in detail each and every car I was driving and answered the many questions that I had. Then comes along Kazz and William. They were the best salesmen I’ve dealt with in a long time. Both were so professional and made me feel very comfortable. These guys know their stuff. I never did feel intimidated or pressured. They both explained the leasing program to me in great detail. They got me a great deal on a new car with everything that I wanted. The next thing you know, I was walking out of there with a 2013 C-class. Buying that car was the last thing I had expected. Carlos Gerpe in financing was the best. He was very friendly. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything extra. He took the time to explain all of the different packages/options. I would say the whole process; from the test drive to finance took about 3 hrs, if that. As I said before, that was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Good Job Mercedes Benz of Valencia. We have been to the dealership 8 times in the last three years to fix the hatchback. The last time we were here they claimed we backed into one of their vehicles. My wife went in and they bullied her into years to fix the hatchback. The last time we were here they claimed we backed into one of their vehicles. My wife went in and they bullied her into claiming she did it. They claimed it was on video which when we asked for and they could not produce. In addition there was a warranty repair on a light strip that was supposed to be covered. Then they said it was not and would we like it done for $210.00 We said go ahead, but it was still not done. Then we brought the car back again this week and the price was $265.00. We have both estimates for the same repair with two different prices and the third option where it was supposed to have been under warranty. My wife is scared to go back to the dealership to pick up here car and drop off the loaner. For two days we have left messages asking the GM Bill Masterini or the dealership owner Lenny Sage to please meet us there so we feel safe to finish this up. More
