Ready to be spoiled??? I am in my 50's and have had so many experiences with car dealerships that I have lost count. But I have hit the jackpot with a dealership that truly I am in my 50's and have had so many experiences with car dealerships that I have lost count. But I have hit the jackpot with a dealership that truly knows the meaning of service. Everything they do is to provide you a first class customer experience. Liz is my service manager and does a great job, actually beyond great. Narciso also helps out and is fabulous with service. They know you by name, they have special food (ice cream, starbucks... ) to nibble on. And provide massages!! Wash your car with every visit. Like where else do you get this spoiled for coming in to get excellent service!! Buy a Mercedes just to be able to come to this dealership. WOW!!! More

For the longest time I was very disappointed in the service experience when going to other MB dealerships but now we have found a home. Mike has been superb in his handling of any and all issues from warranty work to routine maintenance. He is very pleasant to work with and I trust him 100% to let me know what does and does not need to be done to the vehicle. No one really likes going in for service but Mike make it a pleasant experience. Thanks for all you do. More
