"sparkplg", we apologize you're unhappy with your pre-owned vehicle purchase at this time. Based on our records, it appears you purchased a pre-owned 2019 Mazda back in May of 2023. All of our pre-owned vehicles go through a safety inspection in which we repair mechanical safety concerns, and based on the age of the vehicle or severity, we may elect to recondition the vehicle to address cosmetic concerns as well. With non-safety concerns, we do our best to balance spending money on reconditioning while also keeping our inventory at a competitive price point. Based on your previous review, the as-is pre-owned vehicle you purchased had cosmetic concerns that neither you nor our salesperson noticed until after owning it, and we then paid to fix it for you. We've heard nothing regarding a dent up to this point, and unfortunately we cannot address concerns that haven't been brought to our attention. If you still have a dent that you think we're responsible for fixing, please call us at 608-246-3600 and we'll be happy to discuss what we can do to make it right for you.
