Salesman was kind. After receiving the vehicle, I noticed some front bumper damage. I contacted the salesman and he said he didn’t know about it either. I asked if the dealership would fix it and was told no. I called and talked with a manager and he finally said they would fix it. I took it back and they fixed it somewhat and wanted to charge me their cost. After a discussion, they said they would take care of it. When I got my car, there was a new dent in the passengers door. The salesman was there telling me that I should have paid for the bumper fix when I noticed the door dent and heard me say “oh wow now there’s a dent in the door “. He just walked away. The dent remains. I paid over $27,000 for a 2019 Mazda CX5. I think it should have been completely repaired before getting it to me. I would not recommend this dealership. More

We had an issue with a recall on my 2013 vehicle. The recall could not be performed that day as there was another unseen issue. Metro Ford Madison worked very hard to make sure that not only my vehicle was taken care of but all of my concerns and questions were answered. They are the first dealership I have ever bought from and they only my vehicle was taken care of but all of my concerns and questions were answered. I didn't even know what my previous car was worth until they shared how I could upgrade for so little. 7 years newer and zero miles...I never would have known without their help!
