I read the reviews good and bad but still decided to visit this place because it is where I have my Camry serviced. I went to by a 2022 Rav4 with a check in my pocket book. First off the Rav4 Total price sticker for the SUV stated $34,000.00 so when I decided to buy they change the price to 40,000.00. When I brought up the internet with their prices I was told that was mistakes. 13 of them. spoke to a person behind the desk who was very condescending and rude. I didn't say or do anything for them to be rude but based the low reviews my experience makes them true. it may not happen to all, but you are a person of color, expect it. I am a professional, dressed down for the weekend, They truly underestimated me. BBB here I come regarding their false advertising, ethics and every other agencies I will be contacting.

It seems like they were very comfortable speaking to me the way they did, like it was common for them to do so. Let it be known it was not the sales men that Were rude and condescending it was the man behind the big desk. I am a manager, customer service is big with me and my company and I rate the customers service I received at Toyota 1 out of 10. I am so disappointed. I think I will visit there again just to get his name. My friend who was with me stated that other person behind the desk he was talking to, when asked a question was told to go buy your car elsewhere. We are both professionals, executive VP’s but I guess we were stereotyped because we were dressed down on the weekend.
