These generic replies are a complete hoax to appear attentive on a public forum. I contacted Mr. Saenz two days ago. He assured me he would call me back by close of business yesterday. That didn't happen. I called another manager there two days before this call, and got the same story about a return call by close of business the next day. That also didn't happen. This dealership is miserable to work with. Its management really doesn't care that its employees are grossly negligent in professional responsibilities and the resulting impact on customers. I can not stress enough, do NOT use Moore Cadillac. It has done absolutely nothing to correct its employee's professional negligence.
