My Review of Mossy Toyota Scion:
Larry Parris was extremely friendly & helpful, made the car buying process fantastic. He wasn't pushy or irritating.
I would definitely come back and buy a car from Larry. He followed up with us a few days later just to make sure that everything was going well and even sent us a thank you card! We have never been treated so well. THANK YOU LARRY

I do however suggest that Toyota work on changing the persuasion techniques of the Finance department. While Larry was FANTASTIC, I really cannot say the same for the gentleman helping us finance the car. We repeatedly told him that we did not want the extra coverage and "extras" to cover the car. However he made comments to make us feel as though not getting these extras was stupid. I understand the attitude if he works on commission, therefore I propose that they simply list the options available as well as the price, explain each one, then leave the room for 10 minutes while the couple decide. Also we did not appreciate that the total cost was never given to us, rather it was placed in the monthly payment, the representative made us do the work to calculate the total cost. Although this wasn't difficult it was rather rude.

Again we LOVE LARRY PARIS! I would recommend him to my friends. I give him 10 stars!

Gerardo Padilla was very polite and courteous. He was very proactive in providing new information about the Prius we were buying, which was very helpful. He offered to help us out before and after the transaction with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. They gave us a very competitive price. Very satisfied customers.

Mr. Padilla was very helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with. He allowed us to take as much time as we needed to check out and test drive the vehicle, and answered all our questions. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and cheerful, making the transaction a very pleasant one. We were especially pleased with the pricing of the vehicle and the trade-in offer they gave us, which inspired us to buy that day rather than having to wait and spend lots of time shopping around other dealers. He saved us a lot of time and we appreciated his excellent service.

I had been shopping around for a new 2010 Toyota Prius at the different toyota dealerships around San Diego and unlike all the other dealerships, Mossy Toyota, espicially with the help of my salesman Jaime Garcia, I had the most pleasant experience there! He was enthusiastic about helping me answer any of my questions I had about the car and it sold me right then and there! Not only did I leave with a brand new car but also with a wonderful experience! Thank you, Jaime Garcia and Mossy Toyota for the great experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Very professional staff and dealership as a whole. Also no one else had the kind of inventory that this dealer has. We had known Ian from another dealership and he was very helpful to us as we got into our financial application. I really enjoyed the professional attitude shown by the employees at Mossy Toyota. They offered to take me on a test drive and explain all the features of the new Corolla. They were not pushy and were helpful throughout the entire process. They regularly followed up after the sale and are easily available for any questions I had. I would recommend this dealership.

We had only just begun our search for a used 4Runner, but when we started working with Ryan Sundberg and his associates at Mossy Toyota we knew that we would be in good hands. We had a Camry to trade in and we felt like we were given the best possible deal on both the trade in and on the purchase of the new/used vehicle. Everyone at Mossy Toyota was eager to help and they were able to complete the transaction in an expediated manner. My experience with Mossy Toyota was very positive thanks to the friendly, helpful, and professional assistance I received from sales manager Chino Torres. Chino is such a pleasure to work with. He is very patient and went to a great deal of effort to get me the car that I wanted even though it was not in stock at the time. Chino made the entire process a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a new Ford or Toyota, I would go to Mossy and ask for Chino. You will be happy you did.

My Review of Mossy Toyota Scion:
Randy was very helpful even though it took us days to make our decision while we were shopping he was very patient and anmswered all our questions and concerns. I went here for cash for clunkers program which actually wasn't as great a deal as all the media hype. It did make negotiating the price quite inflexible but I assume that was because of orders from Toyota headquarters since I checked around many dealerships and they all had similar pricing for cash for clunkers.
