Have had 2 service issues the past year 1) windshield wiper was replaced by Shelor and then fell of when I used it (on a snowy back road with limited amenities ). Very dangerous and inconvenient for me. More

I can and would like to add that I am grateful to have gotten the job done, Tony advised me upon arrival of the wait time, showed me a car I was in line behind, that had been there for 41 days already. I also appreciated the text message updates from him. The diagnosis took the longest, My car was ready the same day the engine arrived. I don't think I could ask for better service. I realize too, I didn't buy the car there, but still think a loaner car might be a good way to sell a car/truck/SUV?
