Sorry; we don't have anymore time to waste in contacting your CR Manager. It's not surprise you can't locate us in your system, considering how bad the communication, or more accurately lack thereof at Motorworld. You've already wasted several hours of our time. The communication at Motorworld STINKS to high heaven. Upon making an appointment for an estimate, I then sat around for 2+ hours only to be told I had to go to yet another department for an estimate on other parts. After making an appointment in that department, the guy is out sick that day, wasting another hour of "my" time, the customer. While another employee at least attempted to help, trying to reach them afterward via phone to make an appointment for the actual work to be done was essentially impossible. The receptionist would forward you to his voice mail, only to leave message after message without a return call. It should not take several months and a dozen phone calls to make an appointment. Thankfully, when the work was finally done, it was good (excluding the fact they did not honor what Velazco originally said would be done if I scheduled the other work with Motorworld). But, in all honesty, we would never, ever go through all of this again. The complete lack of communication and miscommunication is not worth it. Motorworld may be having staffing issues like the rest of post-ccp/covid America but the buck stops at the top. There are still some businesses who value the customer and can still provide excellent customer service. Even after ccp/covid. Motorworld is NOT one of them.
