Great Experience I came in to trade in my car for a used Toyota, and ended up leaving with a leased 2015 RAV4. Awesome customer service and great work when I needed it Mos I was leaving for work one morning and found out my truck wouldn't start. I needed to get it in and looked at ASAP but the three or four dealerships I was leaving for work one morning and found out my truck wouldn't start. I needed to get it in and looked at ASAP but the three or four dealerships I called all said it would be about 3 days at the earliest that anyone could get to it. I called Mountain States Toyota and spoke with Scott Jarrett and he told me to have it towed in and they would get someone to look at it the same day even though they were almost a week out from seeing new vehicles. Scott did an amazing job managing the project and keeping me informed as the issues. Scott understood my urgency and did all he could to help me out. I am very appreciative of the Service provided from Scott and Mountain States Toyota. I live very close to two other Toyota dealerships but drive completely out of my way to get serviced at Mountain States. Great work guys keep it up!! More
