Jillian was excellent, however it took way too long for the work to be done. I’m not seeing any improvement in the alignment! I also noticed every person waiting on their vehicle was called out for a con the work to be done. I’m not seeing any improvement in the alignment! Jillian was helpful, made sure I was able to get transportation to get something to eat. I highly recommend her, but not the service department. I won’t be back unless it’s for a recall. More
Sierra and Seth were great to work with. I felt they really wanted to make a deal, considering I have leased 4 Highlanders in the past. This was my first Honda, and probably not my last. I do think the financial department (Sarah Godwin) could be a little better, I do believe she said there were issues with the computer all day. We sat over an hour in the room with her trying to sign papers. I had to go back the next day to finish signing. She seemed a little flustered. The detailing, HORRIBLE! There was glue on the side of the car driver's side back door (I'm sure from the tape that was on it, I did mention it to Sierra, and he came out to clean it), the plastic was still left on half the stuff that was in the car. Sierra told me I could bring it back to have it detailed at a later date, but I don't feel I should have to waste my time to have this done. I was there for about 2 hours and all that was missed. I am still trying to learn all the things the car has to offer. If I can't figure it out, I google it. Sierra did offer to set my phone up, but I was ready to go. We got there around 3pm and didn't get out till almost 7pm. We did test drive 2 vehicles so that is some of the time, but we spent a lot waiting on the financial part of it. And once again I don't want to go back for that. More

I have had my vehicle serviced for the same issue on: June 5,2025, June 9, 2025 and returned that same day after picking it up and driving it a few miles only to hear the same noise so a second visit on June 5,2025, June 9, 2025 and returned that same day after picking it up and driving it a few miles only to hear the same noise so a second visit on June 9, picked up the vehicle later that week called back June 13 and explained I was hearing the same noise told it was okay to drive on vacation and return to service on June 23, 2025. I WORK! I do not have time for this! I want compensation and a buy out or a new vehicle. THIS VEHICLE WAS purchased in OCT 2024 (NEW) I should not be dealing with this. I have purchased at least 8 Honda's in my life and this is the LAST! Joe has tried to work with me, and I appreciate it, but I am over this! More
