My wife and I had the best experience ever in purchasing our new 2013 Acura RDX from Niello Acura. We went in for a test drive one weekday evening and returned on a Sunday to negotiate a deal. I had done considerable research on the vehicle, availability and pricing. I explained from the beginning that we would NOT play games and go back and forth over pricing. They did exactly as we asked AND gave us a very good and fair price on both the new vehicle and the trade-in.Denise Velez was our salesperson and she worked very hard to get us a good deal and to expedite the process. She spent considerable time in going over all the features of the vehicle. She is an extremely knowledgeable and above all a very nice person. The entire process to include the document processing to delivery was GREAT!! Denise Velez was awesome! She exemplifies the qualities most people would appreciate in a sales professional. She was very friendly, personable, down-to-earth, and honest. Denise could work anywhere in the car sales industry, because her professionalism and knowledge are very evident. This is what I look for in a salesperson, because it is very important that I be able to go back to the same person in the future and feel confident. Denise also stressed that she is always looking for repeat sales, and that if I have any problems at all with my car, I should feel free to call her. And, each time I have called her with questions, she has been very responsive and helpful. I have rarely experienced or heard of this type of excellent service in the past, especially involving used car sales. Although I have not had to purchase a used car before, I recommend Niello and Denise! I would also like to compliment the finance manager who kept the dealership open late that night to find the best possible deal and car for me. I am extremely happy so far. Thank you. I liked how they honored the ticket price in the car even though it was listed for more online. They provided us with as much time as we needed and was not pushy.
