Drove 7 and a half hours here for a little vacation with my girlfriend. Truck drove fine on the way here, then went into limp mode the next day with a check engine light. They set me up with Mr. Drew Scott who was able to help me and keep me informed of my vehicle progress the whole time. I highly recommend this dealership if you need service in or a new car. Service team is excellent and they are great about communicating. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is the 3% credit card fee. Was absolute worst service experience ever! I had to give them one star as 0 stars was not an option. Took 2 months to get sun roof repaired. Employees do not answer phones or return phone calls. Dealer Sr management does not return calls either when major issues are brought to their attention. Service center management is overworked and rude to customers and does not listen and empathize their concerns. They are very quick to offer excuses and take your money. Stay away from this dealer.
