Sang took the time to inform us when the vehicles we were considering arrived on the lot and reviewed all the options. The negotiations for the purchase price was straight forward with no surprises at the end. The financing department handled all the paper work with no problems. The vehicle was delivered on time and as promised.We felt this was the best car buying experience we have had in quite some time. More
What a hassle it was to get a rental car to drive while my car was in the body shop. At first I was told to go with the Enterrprise shuttle to get a car. When I got there, I was told it was a mistake an my car was in the body shop. At first I was told to go with the Enterrprise shuttle to get a car. When I got there, I was told it was a mistake and to come back to the dealership. Then while waiting for the shuttle, I was told to just stay at Enterprise and they would supply a vehicle. I was given a tiny economy size tin can/car. I just bought a midsize 2008 Nissan Altima. Shouldn't my rental car at least be close in size as the new car I just bought? I did not feel safe in the tiny car I was given. The whole rental car experience took me away from work for an extra hour and a half. What a hassle!! The workmanship was dissappointing. I think it looked better before they took it into the body shop. (There was a small scratch on the bumper when I purchased the car, that could not be buffed out.) Now there is a paint drip on the bumper and the hood got scuffed. I wouldn't recommend the body shop. What I would really like is for them to correct this. Tina was friendly and the absolute only highlight of my experience. She gave me the same awesome customer service I received from your sales staff when I bought the car. Rane' Davis More
We had called prior to our arrival about a lease deal on a Nissan Altima and our sales person AJ was able to answer my questions prior to coming in. When we arrived the next day, he was well prepared and despite the huge tent sale going on, he got right to business and did not try to go look at other cars or waste our time. We were able to test drive the model of altima that was on lease deal from nissan, and he was able to give us all of the information that we needed to decide. We were not given the run-around and we were treated very professionally. It was a wonderful experience. More
Waited too long to be served. Simple LOF & tire rotation took all day! Would not accept coupon for tire rotation since my first coupon for "free" servicing had already been accepted. I wrote the following to the owner of Nissan of Elk Grove on 6/19/2008: Dear John Driebe, Its been four months since I leased a Nissa Altima from Nissan of Elk Grove and although I am a little late in on 6/19/2008: Dear John Driebe, Its been four months since I leased a Nissa Altima from Nissan of Elk Grove and although I am a little late in writing you, it is perhaps a testament to your organization that I am actually taking a little time to do so this afternoon. I met A.J. Went when my brother and I first stopped by Nissan of Elk Grove on a Friday in February 2008 on the weekend we went shopping for a car. He was very informed about the cars we were looking at and was such a pleasant and professional salesperson that we came back to see him after going to several other dealerships that weekend. The contrast between the experiences that weekend were amazing and made coming back to you guys a must! A.J. found the car we wanted and had to even get it from another dealership. He showed great initiative and followed through on all of our inquiries. When we were ready to talk to financing, the team worked extremely well together and answered all of our questions and were professional throughout the process. Last week I went in for my first service and I was met with the same standard of excellence with the service department. I have already shared my positive experiences with several friends and I will continue to recommend Nissan of Elk Grove. You have truely set the bar high. Rosie was the quickest to respond and had the best price of any dealer (of those that chose to respond or call - very few shockingly with the current state of the economy). She quickly located what I was looking for from another dealer and we quickly finalized the deal over the phone. She was informative without being high pressure. Due to a family emergency, she passed the car pickup over to AJ. He went out of his way to personnally drive my son and I to a restaurant/movie theater while the car arrived from another site (slight delay in car arrival from the promised time is the only negative). Completing paperwork and going over operation/features of the car was quick, yet thorough. No surprises or "bait and switch" from this dealer - the price Rosie quoted in her email is the price we paid. Excellent overall experience with Elk Grove Nissan. Other Nissan dealers need to learn from this dealer if they want to increase their sales. Easy to see why Elk Grove is the #1 Nissan dealer in Northern California. More

friendliness is very good but customer service and quality of work still needs improvement. i have noticed on several occassions , after servicing the vehicle it is taken for a wash but it is not wipe quality of work still needs improvement. i have noticed on several occassions , after servicing the vehicle it is taken for a wash but it is not wiped out dry, this should be given some consideration asw if you can not wipe the vehicle dry than don't wash it . My comments on the pricing is 4 because i have not compared with other dealerships, so i am not sure . More
