So we then decided to come here, and right when we got out of our car, Michael approached us and assisted us with picking which car was best for us. We got our car within maybe 2-3 hours. Jose Magana is one of the internet sell managers and he made everything possible. He gave me the best deal and best service when I took my car in for oil change. The car had a few white spots on the roof and trunk that couldn't removed by cleaning and waxing so he sent it to the dealer's body shop and they removed them. My car looks great & the spots are gone. I am 100% satisfied with their VIP service. I am glad I got my car at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. Ridiculous Wait Time and Follow Up for a Small Problem Brought in my vehicle to check on my TPMS problem for the 2nd time because they couldn’t fix the problem the first time around. I was told it could ta Brought in my vehicle to check on my TPMS problem for the 2nd time because they couldn’t fix the problem the first time around. I was told it could take up to 3 hours so I waited. At 2.5 hour mark, I decided to check on the progress and was told by Ricky Marin that it would take at least another hour because they diagnosed 4 errors codes. So apparently for the last 2.5 hours all they could come up with was 4 errors codes that I could've use an OBD2 to get in a few minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. It seems like these service reps need to be checked on frequently to ensure things get done in a timely manner. More
