This company is really bad they sell you a used car have you sign a form that it was never used as a rental car but I find paperwork in the glove box after buying it that was rental car paperwork. Also they charged me $660 to reg the truck but when i go my reg in the mail they only paid DMV $50 to just change the name of the owners. That to me is shadey exspeailly when they no that if Reg renewal is not less than 60 days you only pay for the name change of $50 not $660. More

My Nissan Leaf was totally dead this morning. Tried everything the owner's manual suggested. I finally called North Bay Nissan service dept (which is where I take the car for service). They stated that the car needed to be towed (25 miles) to their location so that it can be re-programed. AAA responded and advised that the 12 volt battery needed to be replaced. Angel and Manny sold us a used Nissan Murano that had been in multiple accidents. They had us sign the Carfax report showing that the damage to the front bumper was "minor," when in fact it was significa been in multiple accidents. They refused to honor the warranty or fix the problem, saying we must have crashed the car in the same place again, which didn't happen. They also concealed from us that the former owner was a smoker, and covered up the smell at the time of sale. The car is now awful to drive. Manny's response when called out about this was "we had no legal obligation to tell you." The dealer also concealed that the back bumper had been damaged in an accident (and this was not shown on the Carfax report). Their response on this point was that we should have inspected the car more closely before buying. They also took advantage of my wife and overcharged her about $5-10k for the car. We had understood this was a reputable dealership but unfortunately this is not the case. Completely disreputable business practices. Avoid at all costs. More

Love this place. This is my 4th Armada. What can I say, I keep coming back because of the integrity and honesty of the manager and the people who work here. I lost my first Armada in the 2017 fires, and they were nothing but kind and nice while getting me back in a new car. Unfortunately, 8 months later someone rear ended me while I was stopped on the freeway going 60 MPH and totaled my second Armada. Again I was Back!! Great to deal with. More

Wouldn’t even negotiate, or give their true cost on a vehicle that’s been on the lot 7 months. Will never buy from them! Customer service is terrible!
