I dealt with Will Kraft in sales and my experience with him was also excellent. Will is very personable, engaging and a great listener. He provided me with a multitude of options and very good advice on several models both new and pre-owned and good insight into the features/benefits of buying vs leasing. Will is very patient and never made me feel like I was taking too much time or that I did not have his undivided attention. I appreciated his guidance in purchasing a new Toyota Camry se. Additionally, the finance manager Jeremy Harmon was excellent to deal with and very personable making signing all the papers a pleasant experience. Lastly, Abby Riley provided me excellent insight into the car selections on the website and was able to help me navigate through the NHT site to view multiple cars before I arrived in person. I feel North HIlls Toyota has an excellent team that handled me as a customer from the beginning to the end with professionalism.
