Took my car in to just get a flat fixed, and it took three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man got up and walked to another desk and found my paperwork among other paper work marked “WAITER” he said the man that was helping me left for the day, I’m like” and nobody bothered to even look at his paperwork”. If I hadn’t asked for my car, I would still be there. Worst service ever!!! Will never go back. More
Arrived early for an 8 am appointment. No car in the bay but my car. I’m there to replace a battery under warranty. 2 1/2 hrs later, I’m out $136 and have to find my car in the parking lot No car in the bay but my car. No courtesy of setting the clock on my car, no air in my tire with the tire gauge light on. However, I was asked to spend extra on replacing my battery cables! Absolutely inexcusable!! As a 62 year old woman, I travelled 23 miles one way for this type of service! Never again. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from North Park and it will be my last. More
Bought my truck from North Park Toyota. Told to bring it in every six months for Zaktek paint protection. Scheduled my appointment for this and oil change about a month prior. Was told it had to be clean for the protectant to work. Ask if they had a simple car wash. Was informed that is is not working right. May scratch your car and the service manager didn't want to fix it because it was a hassle. So, since they couldn't clean it, it wasn't done. I had to drive 30 miles to this dealership through a few rain showers. I will no longer go 30 miles to this dealership for work on my car. They do not seem to care for the customer. I was told the service manager would talk to me. He never showed after I waited 20 minutes. Told he was busy. He was just sitting there talking to my service person. Never contacted me by text, phone or in person. He knew my phone number. More

Took my truck in for oil change, tire rotation, throttle body device and brake fluid exchange for my appointment at 9:30 am. It is 4:45pm and my vehicle’s services have yet to be completed. I gave North Park a chance due to being close to my house and was highly disappointed. I will drive the extra few miles to Cavendar Toyota where they are prompt with their services and keep their scheduled appointment times. More
Service dept. are crooks. Tried to charge me $3,100.00 for a warranty repair. Part fully covered under warranty, not even a deductible required. My mother in law went in for a oil change on her 2018 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 had dropped some extras she was told that the new 2021 had more Technology and was more equipped. After getting home I showed her that she no longer had this and that . After speaking to the sales man and then to his supervisor Mr Diez he assured me he will check into it , the next day I got a call telling me that Tania Eubanks had approved the upgrading on what my mother in law lost on the new suv . I took my car to get my tires fixed because they were losing air. I went three times. Each time I had to wait for almost 5 hours, for they said they did not find anything. Very, very frustrating. I took my car to another shop and they found a nail and fixed it. The incompetence is incredible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to this place. More
