ET was such a great salesman. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew everything about my Tiguan and the previous owner. The dealership went above and beyond to get my vehic He was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew everything about my Tiguan and the previous owner. The dealership went above and beyond to get my vehicle registered in a timely manner since it takes forever to get a vehicle registered in CT. They had to drive to get my co-signer to sign all the paperwork then drive to Norwich to get my car registered. I am I was very happy with the service at the dealership and with ET! This is my first volkswagon purchase and i love it!!! Thank you I will be back again. More
