This is fraud my truck has never been to the dealership in months. I called yesterday to see why I received an invoice, I was informed It was for a Manuel. I do not know a Manuel. This needs to get looked into. If I don’t hear anything I will be going to BBB and a lawyer. The service department is doing something n it is not right. I realize this dealer is not a Toyota dealer but they had a used vehicle that was a trade-in, which I understand would not be perfect but they didn’t even change the oil. Finance paperwork was incorrect. Hadnt heard from anyone so i called back and sales manager was rude and did not want to even deal with the issue since i left negative feedback on the survey that was emailed. After getting the run around after being overcharged over $1100 who would leave positive feedback. I then asked to speak with gm who had the same attitude as the sales manager. He stated because of my negative review employee got fired. At this point they made it very clear that the customer issues and customer service mean nothing to them and only are worried about themselves. If you made any effort at all to try to assist in a timely matter than you would have gotten a better review. But we are going on 2 months and after several attempts and left messages i have still not received a call back. More
