Gary was outstanding and kept me well informed throughout the process/services on my truck. The mechanic, name unknown, was also exceptional. I initially brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and the process/services on my truck. The mechanic, name unknown, was also exceptional. I initially brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and the problem could not be detected. The mechanic told me what to do if it went on again and reset it. Two days later, something else felt wrong and back in I went. The same mechanic took it for a ride and knew what was wrong. He spent the whole weekend trying to determine the exact problem. He fixed it and then went back after the check engine light problem since he already had my truck. He found that problem and returned my truck with everything fixed. I could not be more happy and satisfied. I travel twice as far to get service at Northside Ford and pass another Ford dealership....they are that good. During this entire period, Gary Bloomer kept me well informed and made the visit worry-free.
