Update: the service manager called me and apologized as did Tyler . I accepted their apology and they agreed to fix the car for just the cost of parts . Service tech worked on body parts of my Ram 1500. Damaged, broke and punctured 4 different parts of the vehicle. Then refused to repair the 2 places they punctured the door panel and broke the arm rest. Their excuse ' that year of truck" is bad for that happening. Really????Don't you sell Rams? Why are you trash talking your product, that by the way....my whole family has been driving for over 20 years! Why didnt the body shop do body work? Why did a service tech that did my oil change do my body work? Never did get an answer on that one. Would NOT have any vehicle worked on here ever! I drive a Ram and they are Ram specialist! What the heck!! Oh well, going to let the legal guys fight it out for me. More

In November 2020 I traded in my truck on an SUV. Brett Paul did everything he could to get me a great trade in value, but also was able to make the price of the SUV affordable. I really tried to love the SUV, but I honestly was missing having a truck: it was just more convenient. I did what most people dread on doing, I traded my SUV that I only owned for 7 months back to the dealership that I purchased it from. I was afraid that I would not be able to financially make it work, but Brett assured me that he would do everything that he was able to, to get my family back into a vehicle that we loved. Brett was able to not only give me a great trade in offer, but was able to find me a truck that was had every option available on it. I am more than thrilled with both Brett and the whole O'Daniel team. I hope that I do not get the urge to trade in this truck anytime soon, but I know that if I need him, Brett will answer my call and will give me the same service he has always provided: world class.
