Friendly, honest, but long wait. I have always loved the service center at Toyota Oak Lawn. They are honest, not pushy, and thorough. When you purchase a new vehicle, which is very expensive, service after the sale really shows how much a dealership values your business, this dealership shines brightly in this aspect. The only problem I had was being put on hold, by the operator, as they were busy I understand, but everything else was great,car was clean, and service issue resolved. Would buy another vehicle and recommend this dealership 110%! More
