Always a good experience. Getting the oil changed...rotating tires...its not my thing. The BEST Toyota Dealership I live in Orland Park and not only did I buy my car from Oak Lawn Toyota but I always go there to get my service taken care of. Toyota Doesn't Care 2yr/25K maintence warranty After taking my new vehicle under Toyota Care 2 year/25K mile warranty @ 20,000 miles, I was charged for "Throttle Body Cleaning" service. The dealer After taking my new vehicle under Toyota Care 2 year/25K mile warranty @ 20,000 miles, I was charged for "Throttle Body Cleaning" service. The dealer service manager indicated that it was needed without even looking at the vehicle? I was charged $104.00 for the supposedly free 2 year maintenance. I contacted Toyota headquarters & they indicated the dealer should have not considered the service as "required maintenance". HQ said was a dealership issue. The GM of service of Oak Lawn called me a few days to say it was only a recommended service. I indicated the Service mgr said it was needed at the time & should be under 2 yr./25K NEW car warranty. The GM was not concerned about my complaint. I will not be doing any future business with their deceptive service organization. They should rename it to "Toyota Doesn't Care" Maintenance warranty!!!! More

Oaklawn service did a great job, Al Leon and John Mcshane,obtained a loaner car for me, work as usual was done perfectly. When you purchase a new vehicle, which is very expensive, service after the sale really shows how much a dealership values your business, this dealership shines brightly in this aspect. The only problem I had was being put on hold, by the operator, as they were busy I understand, but everything else was great,car was clean, and service issue resolved. Would buy another vehicle and recommend this dealership 110%! More
