For those that want great bang for the buck, the Kia Sorento drives perfectly. I even drove it in the snow yesterday and it rode as if it was just a bit bumpy. We had picked a rainy drizzly day a couple weekends ago to go to Ourisman Kia and was surprised how busy it was. I guess because they have so many great reviews and treat their customers well. We were first greeted by Purcell who made us feel very welcome and got us in touch with Ryan. I personally liked how we were able to look a few minutes without being approached. I am not a fan of places that act like vultures the second you step out of your vehicle. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the Sorento we were interested in and told us anything we wanted to know about it as well as the dealership and service center. He also didn't have us feel pressured at any time during our visit. He was relatively new to the dealership but you wouldn't be able to tell unless you asked. I'm a very curious person so I always ask a lot of random questions. Altman was very proficient about the finances and gave us multiple options so we could choose what best suits our needs. He also was quick as we were in a rush. Everyone did what they could too to speed up this process as we were in need of getting back to our daughter who was with our nanny. It was nice to know they cared about our well and making us happy rather than being similar to other dealerships caring only about the transaction itself. More

My experience with Ourisman Kia was exceptional. I was treated well from sales, to finance, parts, and service. Each person I met seemed genuinely interested in not only my potential purchase of a vehicl treated well from sales, to finance, parts, and service. Each person I met seemed genuinely interested in not only my potential purchase of a vehicle, but making sure I was satisfied and served well throughout my transaction, and ownership of the used vehicle I was going to purchase (2010 Grabber Blue Mustang!). I have dealt with a number of sales people in my life, and used to be one. For that reason alone I came to leave a review, as my experience with Henry Hoffer, and the sales manager Chris Bell, was exceptional. I was under no pressure to purchase, I was given straight answers to my questions, and I believe they went the extra mile to not only get me as a customer, but keep me happy after the purchase. In 20+ years of buying vehicles, I would say working with these two men ranks as a top five experience. One benefit I have noticed about working with Ourisman is access to a number of vehicles through one salesperson. I would highly recommend Henry, as his commitment to serving me well, with kindness and a low-key approach, is the reason I bought the vehicle I did, and would recommend him, and the dealership, to anyone who asked. Ourisman Kia and its sales force have a very casual and friendly attitude towards informing potential customers about their product. Ben Braunstein, our sales person, was very knowledgeable of the product, and in the rare instance when he didn't know an answer, he said so and got it for us. No making things up to push for a sale. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Ourisman Kia, and my guess is that there will be a third. More

From the first day that i came in to get some information on the new Optima to the day I finalized my pur Ourisman Kia because simply they earned it. From the first day that i came in to get some information on the new Optima to the day I finalized my purchase, Heny Hoffer my sales consultant was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgable about the car. He answered all my questions about the different trim lines, safety, performance and technology. He also was extremely knowledgeable about all the other cars and manufacturers that I had questions about. After answering my questions he continued to make feel appreciated and comfortable. After having my trade in evaluated and looking at the pricing that they offered me there was absolutley no pressure ever applied trying to force me to make a quick decision. Henry introduced me to his boss Billy who also is very professional and polite and was a pleasure to deal with. They let me take the car for an extended test drive so I could make sure that it was the right vehicle for me. Upon returning we finalized the paperwork with Bryan in finance. He also was very professional and answered all my questions I had. Henry and the rest of the staff at Ourisman Kia exceeded my expectations greatly and have a customer for life.
