Had a four wheel alignment completed This was my first time at this facility and I was pleased with my service. Service Department Horrible Been having an issue lately with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee/Overland where the air from the vents has a chemical-like smell seemingly as the auto temperatu Been having an issue lately with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee/Overland where the air from the vents has a chemical-like smell seemingly as the auto temperature system cycles from warmer air to cooler air while maintaining temperature. I went online to Ourisman and made a Saturday morning appointment and filled out text box describing the issue. When I went in for my 8am appointment, the man at the service told me they don't do diagnostics on Saturday and I'd have to wait all day to see if they can do anything. I said no, and he went to my vehicle to see if he could determine anything in a minutes time. He could not but stated they should give me an oil change based on my milage and I said OK and signed the electronic form. I waited in the waiting room until 8:45 and returned to service desk to find that my vehicle had never moved. I asked the status and he called in someone from the service garage and they said there were at least two or three vehicles ahead of mine; so much for working off of the 8 am appointment time I made. I said I would like to get my keys and go and the guy at the service desk said keys are in the car; that was the end of the conversation. As much as can be helped, I will not return to Ourisman for any service required. More

They sell great cars but, the service is a disappointme We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013. All of the service has been at the dealership. When they sell a new car, they offer the Ourisman Advantage. We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013. All of the service has been at the dealership. When they sell a new car, they offer the Ourisman Advantage. The advantage offers a car wash with service, a loaner car program and full exterior detail every 24 months. When I went for scheduled today's appointment, I asked for advantage benefits. I arrived at 6:30 AM but they didn't have a loaner car available. When I asked for my detail, they said that I needed to bring the car in earlier, service starts at 7:00. They promised to hand wash the car, and I agreed. When I picked up the Jeep ten hours later, it had not been washed. I am so disappointed in their false advertising and not fulfilling their words. I picked a terrible dealership to buy my Jeep. More
