I want to point out that they were very efficient as well. I didn't feel like I was waiting around or killing time like other experiences I've had in the past at other dealerships, for my wife's cars as well. Must have been good timing as well, because they had a good selection of stock. I found pretty much everyone there was responsive and knowledgeable about everything relevant to my purchase. I'm not trying to pump this review up too hard...but basically, I can't think of anything that could have gone better. I know a lot of people want better pricing and payments -- which I would like as well. However, I know what these vehicles cost...and I know dealerships are trying to be competitive out of the gate because of the way the internet has changed the buyer process. To haggle over a couple hundred dollars seemed silly...and I've heard from many people I know, that's about all the room these is. These guys were great and I wasn't going to kill the good will extended to me by haggling over pennies. And, I think it was a miracle that I was approved for financing...because my credit is not good right now. My payments, given my credit, are actually pretty good. I know they had to work hard to find a loan company to do it. Overall, I'm very pleased. Toyota is THE brand for me...and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is ready to buy. More
