Nothing could have been further from the truth this time. Dane, who had helped me on my last visit, came out when he saw me pull up. When I told him what was going on, I could tell he took it on like his own mission to get it solved quickly, easily and as low-cost as possible. Which he did. He called me close to noon, told me what happened, and didn't charge a dime for the work done. I think I actually made money on the transaction, because the $5 I paid for gas for the loaner car was outweighed by the car wash they gave me. This place is BY FAR the best service organization I've ever dealt with in 30+ years of car-ownership. More
