Great customer support Maurice Allen is very customer focused!!! I brought my 2015 Sienna in for a state inspection in order to renew the vehicle's registration. Even thoug Maurice Allen is very customer focused!!! I brought my 2015 Sienna in for a state inspection in order to renew the vehicle's registration. Even though VDot said only a safety inspection, Maurice pointed out I required an emissions inspection since it had been two years since last test. Normally a customer must schedule an appointment for the emission's testing, but since I was there already for a state inspection Maurice was able to get both accomplished. This is why I keep coming back to Ourisman for new cars and service. More
