Continual Great Service I was driving passed the Fairfax City service center and realized that my 2013 Highlander was due for its 50,000 mile service. I stopped in to make a I was driving passed the Fairfax City service center and realized that my 2013 Highlander was due for its 50,000 mile service. I stopped in to make an appointment and wound up leaving it for the afternoon. My service rep (Simon Lumpkin) offered to take my car right away. I drove away in a loaner car. Within 45 minutes I received a telephone call from Simon telling me that the maintenance technician had completed the checklist and recommended a few items that needed attention. I authorized the service and received another call about two hours later telling me my car was ready for pick up. I drove home in a clean car that is completely up to date (service wise). I've been bringing my cars to Ourisman's Fairfax City service center since 2006. I've always received fast courteous service from competent and professional service reps and technicians. They are the best. More
