Faulty safety warning buzzer I assume this review is with regard to an attempt to increase the volume on the warning buzzer on my new RAV4 that I purchased on 28 April 2017. The I assume this review is with regard to an attempt to increase the volume on the warning buzzer on my new RAV4 that I purchased on 28 April 2017. The service representatives, Michael and an assistant, attempted to increase the volume of the alarm buzzer that could hardly be heard. They found that there is no way to do this. They were unsuccessful and I was given two choices; 1. accept the car as is with the low volume warning buzzer or 2. Go back to the dealer and get a new car with a buzzer that could be heard. We checked out three other 2017 RAV4's, one at the service center and two at the new car sales building, The volume on all could hardly be heard so I kept the RAV4 that I recently purchased 4 days before. I consider this a safety hazard and the vehicles should be recalled and the buzzers replaced with one that can be heard. More

Simon get's service My 2010 Corolla was purchased in SC and did not have a front license plate bracket. Simon got this fixed and fast - he understood what I needed and worked around an initial estimate that was completely unreasonable (based on the computer and not on a person). Simon went in the back and talked to someone and got the problem solved. Don't lose this guy - I want to come back and buy a car from him. More
